Kati, the OSHRMA President and SHRM student member, is currently a Senior at OSU majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Organizational Leadership and Sustainability. She is very interested in learning about different organizational practices and their impacts on social sustainability. Despite being an Ecampus student, she is very involved at OSU, not only through the HR/Management Association but also serves first-year students as a mentor through the College of Business Mentor Collective program. She was very glad to see the club offer hybrid opportunities and believes it makes participation in the club more accessible to all students and is looking to build on that success.
