Michele Swift currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in human resource (HR) management. She is also the faculty advisor for the HR/Management Association (SHRM student chapter), serves as the liaison between the Management program and student engagement, and is active on several university and college committees as well as the boards for NHRMA and LCHRA.
