Collective Greek Council
Welcome to the Collective Greek Council
The Collective Greek Council, or CGC, is a governing council at Oregon State University for social fraternities and sororities. Organizations within the council are usually academic interest-based organizations such as engineering, art and design, science, and agriculture. Our chapters value scholarship, leadership, philanthropy, community service, friendship, and inclusivity, and each of them has their own culture and experience. We hope that you will consider one of our chapters and find your home with us!
Fall Recruitment
Collective Greek Council Chapters will hold individual informal recruitment events during the first few weeks of fall term. To learn more about the chapters that are apart of the Collective Greek Council, check the accordion below. Chapters will publish their recruitment events via Instagram, Facebook, and/or email. Below are links to their social media pages and recruitment chair emails to contact them about their chapter's recruitment.
Fall Recruitment Social
Come see us at our Fall Recruitment Social! It will take place on Tuesday, September 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in Memorial Union Room 13. Join us for free food and the chance to meet members from each chapter in the Collective Greek Council. Whether you’re just exploring your options or already interested in joining, this event is a great way to learn more about CGC and what each organization has to offer.
