Coached workouts - all skill levels welcome. If you miss the practice, swim workouts are written on the whiteboard at the north end of the pool in Dixon and also sent out via the listserv.
No-Drop Rides - Ride plans sent weekly through the listserv, distances and skill vary. These rides are no-drop, meaning that nobody will be left behind on these rides! Come prepared with water and nutrition.
Spin - is held in Fall Term, Winter Term, and the first few weeks of Spring Term. Bring a water bottle, towel, shoes with SPD cleats or running shoes.
Track - Workouts at Whyte Track and Field Center to improve speed and endurance
Recovery Run - Short group recovery runs
Trail Runs - Distance and location vary each week, watch your email for updates sent through the listserv
