For over 30 years, the National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) has been SHPE’s premier leadership development program for chapter officers and committee chairs. Every summer, participants gather for a four-day leadership conference where they are equipped with the skills to guide their chapters towards success all year long.
Because our members deserve the best, we’re always putting on cutting-edge events. Our national events draw thousands of students and professionals! At Convention alone, you’ll find Pre-College, Academic, SHPETinas, and Tech & Innovation conference tracks for students. And our local events are a great way to connect with SHPE members in your area.
