Student clubs offer a wide variety of ways to get involved on campus, but they are not the only resource for finding community and getting involved! Here are some other involvement options:

Associated Students of Oregon State University (ASOSU)

ASOSU is every student at Oregon State University.  We exist as an organization to promote academic excellence, encourage the intellectual, social, cultural, and physical development of the student body, and enable the student body to assert its varied interests as citizens and members of the academic community through democratic representation.

Community Engagement & Leadership (CEL)

At Community Engagement & Leadership, we believe the world should be a more just place for everyone. We believe that everyone's actions matter and that OSU students have the power to shape the world. Through engaging students in self exploration, community-engaged learning, direct service, and advocacy in the greater Corvallis community, we cultivate leaders and change-makers. We work to create more caring and equitable communities. Join us!

Diversity & Cultural Engagement (DCE) Cultural Resource Centers (CRCs)

We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive community at OSU that is committed to social justice and liberation for all people, regardless of racial/ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic class, age, and/or physical abilities. We also coordinate safe environments in which students can share their multiple identities and learn about issues of culture, heritage, history, identity, and self-expression in an atmosphere of positive engagement and mutual respect.

The centers provide support services to on-campus and online students, as well as opportunities for all members of the OSU community to learn about different cultures and communities in a safer environment. Events and activities at the centers include national history and heritage month programs, social justice workshops, cultural holiday celebrations, cooking demonstrations, craft nights, and many other programs.
