Definition of a Social Event
From IFC Social Policy: "An event is defined as a social event if it is arranged, scheduled, promoted, or announced by members of the chapter, and/or held at the chapter facility/designated live out when it includes consumption of alcohol prior to or during the event. [Any social that fits this definition is required to adhere to event reporting process]
