Duties:
President:

Enforces a proper observation of the Organization's Constitution.

Organizes all meetings and agenda.
-
Provides motivation and enthusiasm for members and prospective members of the Organization.

Has open communication with students/fellow members/faculty/advisors.

Responsible for handling all paperwork and coordinating meetings pertaining to the status and standing of the Organization
-
Must be prepared to cover all officer positions.
-
Be available for any needs that the faculty advisor requests.
Vice President:
-
Assumes the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the President.

Be prepared to assist the President with whatever he/she needs.

Responsible for the fundraiser paperwork.

Responsible for the publicity for all Organization fundraisers and events.
Secretary:
-
Keeps minutes and attendance of each meeting.

Is available for any secretarial needs that the faculty advisor requests.

Responsible for the Organization’s e-mail account.
Treasurer:
-
Responsible for the club’s budget in accordance with the University guidelines.

Keeps an active record of all expenses.
-
Handles all deposits and withdrawals according to University guidelines.

In charge of all fundraising affiliated with the Organization.

Provides assistance to any other position when necessary.
Outreach Officers:
-
Responsible for maintaining a social media presence for the Organization.

Focuses on recruiting new members to the Organization.
-
Assists the Vice President with generating publicity for Organization-sponsored events.
(Each Officer position shall last for one year, from spring term to spring term (except for the Faculty Advisor, which has no set term length.)
