Dance Etiquette Review
***PLEASE follow these rules to decrease the risk of running or blocking other dancers on the dance floor.
1. The line of dance is counterclockwise. If couples are doing a traveling dance style, they should always be dancing in this direction. The inner lane is for slower dancers, the outer lane is for faster dancers and for passing.
2. The center of the floor is for stationary dances. Pick a place and dance in it.
3. Don't hit other dancers; be kind if you do.
4. No lifts, dips, or tricks. Even if you know how to do them, we kindly ask you to refrain from them while you are dancing with us.
If you have any questions, please ask an officer at an event or send us a message. We also give reminders before every event.
